1080p vs. 720p — What's the Best Resolution for HD Live Streaming?

720p stream I am not sure if it is true, but according to this post, the reason NASA only streams at 720p is because that is all Microsoft Teams supports.. the hher resolution you want to stream in, the more it will demand in bitrate (how much data you upload per second) and your encoding. for example, if you use CPU encoding

720pstream, 720p: Less demanding on your computer's processing power for encoding the stream. 1080p: Requires more processing power for encoding the stream.
